Member Services Rep (Internship)
Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests as they enter the fitness club

Check in existing members upon entry and help prospective members buy memberships.

Take prospective members on tour of the facility

Answer phone and take messages.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club

Help content creators with marketing and promotions when necessary
Qualifications/Skills
-
Customer service background preferred

Excellent Communication Skills

Basic computer proficiency
-
Must be professional, punctual, and reliable

Major in Marketing, Management, or Health/Exercise Science preferred

Content Creator (Internship)
Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and post engaging content for our social media platforms

Help with digital marketing and promotional campaigns (email, social media, etc.)

Interact in meaningful ways with our followers and pages that we support

Help with tours and front desk sales when necessary
-
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club
Qualifications/Skills

Excellent communication and creative skills

Strong working knowledge of social media

Must be professional, punctual, and reliable

Major in Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science preferred
