Responsibilities:

​

• Greet members and guests as they enter the fitness club

• Check in existing members upon entry and help prospective members buy memberships.

• Take prospective members on tour of the facility

• Help with front desk sales when necessary

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club

• Help with digital marketing and promotions (email, social media, etc.)

 

Qualifications/Skills 

​

• Customer service background preferred

• Basic computer proficiency

• Must be professional, punctual, and reliable

• Major in Marketing, Management, or Health/Exercise Science preferred
