The Smoothie Bar is operated by Stanley Porter, our Lead Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Place your request when he is available to make you a refreshing beverage.
Food Consideration
We generally use whey protein powder for our smoothies, so please let us know if you are sensitive to/intolerant to lactose. We have a vegan vanilla powder available if you want to try it. The recipes were put together by Stanley Porter who is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
